gurumantro mukhe yasya tasya siddhinti nãnyathã

daksayã sarvakarmãni siddhyanti guruputrake

244.Undoubtelly, the son,or the disciple,of the guru preceptor who always has the guru mantra on his or her tongue,attains bountiful success, proficiency in all actions,and also perfection.

244. Sem dúvida, o filho, ou o discípulo, do guru preceptor que sempre tem o guru mantra em sua língua, alcança sucesso abundante, proficiência em todas as ações e também perfeição.
