angusthamãtram purusam dhyãyecca cinmayam hrdi

tatra sphurati yo bhãvah srnu tatkathayãmi te

160.Please listen and I shall narrate to you.There is a bhava ( feeling that arises in the heart) occurs when purusha ( the indwelling, soul, the size of a thumb) is meditate upon as consciousness in the heart.

160. Por favor, ouça e eu narrarei para você. Existe um bhava (sentimento que surge no coração) que ocorre quando purusha (a habitação interior, a alma, do tamanho de um polegar) é meditado como consciência no coração.

sphãtike sphãtikam rupam darpane darpano yathã

tathãtmani citakãram ãnandam so'hamityuta

159.As the beauty of the crystal shines in a cristal, and as the reflection in a mirror shines in a mirror, so also in the soul sun shines the bliss of cidakasha ( in the sky of consciousness) ." I am am He" is the essence of it.

159. Assim como a beleza do cristal brilha em um cristal, e como o reflexo em um espelho brilha em um espelho, assim também na alma o sol brilha a bem-aventurança de cidakasha (no céu da consciência). “Eu sou, sou Ele”é a essência disso.

158. One shoud always meditate on the Supreme, beyound whom nothing exist. He is seated in the inner space of the heart, and pure like a crystal.

158. Deve-se sempre meditar no Supremo, além do qual nada existe. Ele está sentado no espaço interior do coração e é puro como um cristal.

nityam purnam nirãkãrãm  nirgunam svãtmasamsthitam

157. I bow down to the guru of universe, who is sat-cit-ananda (existence, knowledge ans bliss), who is beyond all thoughts (transcendent),eternal, complete , formless, beyond the triple qualities of nature, and established in one's Self.

157. Eu me curvo ao guru do universo, que é sat-cit-ananda (existência, conhecimento e bem-aventurança), que está além de todos os pensamentos (transcendente), eterno, completo, sem forma, além das qualidades triplas da natureza, e estabelecido em o próprio Ser.

ãbrahmastambhaparyam paratmãtmasvarupakam

sthãvaram jamgamam caiva pranamãmi jaganmayam

156. Starting with Brahma ( the creator) allthe way down to a blade of grass, everything that exist- moving or unmoving- is the form of the supreme ( paramatma). I bow down to that all-pervading one.

156. Começando com Brahma (o criador) até uma folha de grama, tudo o que existe - móvel ou imóvel - é a forma do supremo (paramatma). Eu me curvo diante daquele que tudo permeia.

samatã muktimãrgena svãtmajnãnam pravartate

155. It is by the grace of the guru preceptor that one attains equanimity and progress on the path of liberation. Thus , by practing introspection within , if one discover one's true Self, ultimatly Self-knowledge  willdawn.

155. É pela graça do guru preceptor que se alcança a equanimidade e o progresso no caminho da libertação. Assim, ao praticar a introspecção interior, se alguém descobrir o seu verdadeiro Eu, em última análise, o Autoconhecimento surgirá.

nityam brahma nirãkãram nirgunam satyaciddhanam

yah sãksãtkurute loke gurutvam tasya sobhate

154. Blessed is that one, the teacher, established in the knowledge of thuth, who realizes Brahman- the absolute, eternal, formless one, who is beyond the triple qualities of nature-for he is glorious to the world.

154. Abençoado é aquele, o professor, estabelecido no conhecimento da verdade, que realiza Brahman – o absoluto, eterno, sem forma, que está além das qualidades triplas da natureza – pois ele é glorioso para o mundo.
